Open Positions:

Staff Coordinator, Full-time

Are you an Enthusiastic Encourager? Are you a warm and positive affirmer of others who is quick to support and inspire people who need energy and reassurance? Do you have a heart to disciple teens and young adults in the camp environment? Then your next challenge may be at Camp Conquest. 

This position covers three key areas in addition to other camp tasks:

  • Staff Coordination
    • Recruit, train, supervise and coordinate all seasonal staff and volunteers.
  • Discipleship Coordination
    • Improve and coordinate the discipleship programs: REAL, TRUE, STACC, Jr. Staff.
  • Assistant with Program Coordination
    • Help the Program Coordinator prepare and coordinate the summer camp programs. Advocate for camp at churches and events.

Staff Coordinator Job Description

This onsite role is FT starting as early as May 1.

HR Administrator, Part-time

Are you a Taskmaster Extraordinaire? We are looking for someone to lovingly guide our summer staff through the onboarding process from application to completion. Attention to detail and a persistent push toward completion must be balanced with friendly support and genuine encouragement.  You will need to have patience and understanding as you help our teens, volunteers and young adults. Each summer Camp Conquest onboards approximately 200 staff and volunteers who each need to complete the HR process.

The workflow and time required varies by season with a total annual budget of 500 hours. January through February will be approximately two days per week. March through June will most likely require 3 days per week with the added need to be onsite in June and July for arrival day each week. Late July and August’s workload slows down significantly. September to December’s work can be accomplished with less than one day per week. (The days mentioned above are half days approximately 4-5 hours each.)
