Service Training At Camp Conquest

A two year servant leadership program for teens involving hands on training in the camp setting and a mentoring relationship throughout the year.

The goal of this program is to train up the next generation of servant leaders who will effectively serve Christ in the camp setting, in their local church and in their community.

Participants must be 15 by June 15^th

Two weeks at Summer Camp – Year 1
• Staff Training Weekend
• One week as a Counselor in Training
• One week on the Go Team serving in Kitchen, Janitorial, Program and Maintenance.

During the Year
• Serving in your church
• Meeting with your mentor

One Week in Summer Camp – Year 2
• Staff Training Weekend

One week of your choice

• Go Team or CIT and
• Training in Program Area of Choice
