Tax Day

April 15th brings with it all sorts of headaches and heartache. It brings up feelings of frustration and resentment. No one likes to pay taxes, and everyone is frustrated by the seemingly frivolous use of our hard earned wages. But are there any bright spots in such a day? Can we turn this frustration into a blessing – somehow? Our tax code still allows contributions to charitable and religious organizations. Those organizations turn your donated dollars into effective service to our community. How about considering blessing your favorite non-profit with a gift of a portion of your tax refund this year? At Camp Conquest, a Christian Camp and Retreat Center in Pennsylvania, we believe a week of summer camp is the most effective tool for making an impact in the lives of the children who will be the leaders of next generation – Can you help us today?
